Abstract: In the era of informatization under the background of rapid economic development, it poses huge challenges to the financial management of enterprises. Traditional financial management is difficult to the needs of modern enterprise development, and financial management transformation is imminent. The concepts of financial sharing and industry-finance integration have gradually attracted peoplersquo;s attention and applied to financial management. Overall, they are still in the stage of exploration and development, so there are still some problems in actual wo meet rk. However, the new financial management model is the general trend, and the concepts of technology, sharing, and cooperation are gradually integrated into the financial management of the enterprise. Therefore, this article will study the problems of the industry-finance integration under the financial sharing model, and then make targeted suggestions.
