下沉市场发展下的电子商务平台业务终端价值研究

摘要: 不断下沉的市场被认为是互联网行业的“最终流红利”,各种电子商务平台正在加速不断下沉的市场的发展。推进供给侧商业模式创新和产业结构升级。不断下沉的市场显示出b端价值,体现在重塑现代价值链,支持中小企业,帮助农产品崛起、创新、升级零售产业,扩大进口,造福世界。未来,消费结构将转变为橄榄型,产业结构将转变为商业生态系统,合作结构将集中在“工业区 电子商务平台”上。b端值驱动了c端值的实现,最终形成了一个双赢的局面。

介绍

中共十九届全国代表大会报告提出的一项重要战略任务是加快节约环保社会的建设。然而,随着中国经济的崛起,商品短缺长期以来已转变为供过于求。从生产端、销售端、物流端到消费者端,有大量的多余堆积,导致资源浪费和环境污染,已成为新的经济和社会问题。传统的电子商务产业大大提高了商品流通的效率,但在面对资源浪费和环境污染方面仍然无能为力。在这种情况下,循环电子商务如期出现,成为“资源节约和环保”电子商务产业的新增长引擎,被视为电子商务产业的新蓝海。循环电子商务是指利用互联网服务,同时结合离线商店现场,实现闲置商品在消费者之间的快速流通。循环电子商务具有利用率高、浪费量低、可回收性等特点。强调经济活动应组织成“产品销售产品回收产品转售”的反馈流通过程。在这个重复的经济周期中,所有项目都可以合理和可持续地利用,以最大限度地提高经济活动的价值。

循环电子商务对二手车具有新的价值,考虑到效率和环保,具有经济和社会的双重意义。与国外相比,我国循环电子商务产业的发展相对落后,仍处于起步阶段和增长阶段。仍存在法律合规、模式创新、市场反馈、风险管理等问题有待讨论。在此基础上,在总结海外循环电子商务产业发展规律和启示的同时,从发展过程、商业模式、消费者行为等方面分析了我国循环电子商务发展的独特性,指出了未来的发展趋势和潜在风险,为我国循环电子商务产业的健康可持续发展提供参考。

海外循环电子商务的发展规律与启示

海外循环电子商务产业发展较早,已进入成熟阶段,其中美国和日本最具代表性。在过去的一个世纪里,美国的消费经历了三个阶段:大规模消费、高质量消费和理性消费。其中, 理性消费始于上世纪90年代,美国的收入差距一直在不断扩大。家庭收入的基尼系数曾经超过了0.4的警告线,并在2018年达到了0.485,这促使许多美国人转向闲置商品交易。美国循环电子商务的发展正好分为1990年。在此之前,它主要关注公共捐款和社区交易。先后经历了以宗教为导向的公共捐赠和交易阶段(1800-1950年)、小型社区线下零星交易阶段

(1950-1970年)和城区线下交易阶段(1970-1990年)。此后,进入在线阶段,先后体验互联网,扩大交易范围阶段(1990-2010年)和垂直互联网交易平台阶段(2010年及未来)。目前,相关的垂直平台发展迅速,豪华的二手交易发展最快。根据美国统计局的数据,2018 年,美国二手门店的线下交易量达到了人民币199.2亿元。2016-2018年,美国线下二手门店市场规模增长率从2.2%上升到8.1%,年复合增长率为5.5%,高于美国最大的闲置商品交易平台eBay3.7%的年复合增长率。美国循环电子商务的快速发展与供给侧和需求侧的驱动有关: 供给侧主要是由强劲的商品流通和闲置的商品捐赠减税政策驱动的,需求侧主要是由低收入人群的增长和独特的社区交易文化驱动的。从商业模式的角度来看,美国循环电子商务形成了良好的在线和线下产业形式。在线和离线交易共同支持行业的发展,其中离线交易主要是社区交易和慈善交易,而在线交易主要是C2C模式。

我国循环式电子商务产业的独特发展

    1. 发展历史

我国循环电子商务产业的发展过程相对较短。2000年,中国进入互联网时代,第一批单类二手交易平台出现。2004年以后,出现了多类交易平台。2014年,移动闲置交易开始快速发展。在中国当前的经济环境下,循环电子商务仍有可持续发展的有利条件:第一,在“新常态”的背景下,中国经济处于转型放缓阶段,社会零售产品总量巨大,经济增长放缓导致对商品流通的需求强劲,促进了闲置商品的市场交易;第二,低端城市的人均收入增长高于高端城市,更快,下沉市场的消费潜力尚未公布,为循环电子商务带来了广阔的市场空间。第三,互联网上在线流量的增长正在放缓,获取客户的成本越来越高,而离线增长仍有很大的潜力。第四,我国的环保政策和二手车政策不断改善,确保和支持闲置商品交易的有序发展。可以预测,随着5g时代的到来和新的零售和大数据的兴起,循环电子商务行业将进入在线到离线整合的阶段。

商业模式

循环电子商务的业务模式主要涉及回收交易两大过程,C2B、C2C、B2C、c2b2c四种主要模式,以及配对、租赁、质检托运、回收转售四大业务。在回收过程中

阶段,循环电子商务产业链的上游负责回收分散消费者的闲置商品,然后以批发流通的形式循环到下一级的大型批发商或闲置商品交易平台。回收方法主要为C2B。一般来说,消费者越接近商品销售端,回收商的单一规模越小,分散在社区、学校等人群聚集场所,配备主要识别功能,商品收集到大型批发商,快速实现,库存周转。在交易阶段,配对是指在个人买卖双方之间建立直接交易的渠道。该平台只收取服务费,最终采用C2C模式进行交易。配对业务的优点是运营成本低、风险小、sku多、类型完整,缺点是个人交易、缺乏信用和质量评价体系、销售周期长、质量控制能力差、售后服务和纠纷处理能力薄弱。租赁是指以固定期限(如月租金)的形式共享品牌尾货或经销商库存,并以B2C模式进行交易。租赁业务的优势在于商品的来源。一般来说,它是品牌尾货或经销商的库存。产品相对较新,质量较高, 强调了共享的理念。消费者群体具有较强的筛选能力。缺点在于成本,这增加了在租赁项目被回收和第二次租赁维护后的维护运营成本。质量检验托运是指信用背书为中介,提供质量检验、清洁、托运等服务,收取服务费;回收转售是指平台回收货物,在识别、清洁、加工等环节后转售,以取得差额。这些业务以c2b2c的形式进行交易。其优势是减少闲置商品交易过程中信息不对称造成的信任问题,提高交易量,参与质量检查、清洁、评标等服务,减少买卖双方发生纠纷的可能性。缺点是检测、筛查、清洁、售后等服务的运营成本增加,这些业务一般集中在垂直领域,难以扩大类别。

消费者行为

国内一些研究机构对循环电子商务的用户进行了市场调查,从而分析了消费者的行为。调查数据显示,循环电子商务市场的贸易人口主要为中年女性,其中大多数年龄为26-35岁, 主要生活在中国的二、三线城市,少数生活在一级城市,主要生活在沿海地区。这一群体正处于他们职业生涯的早期阶段,财富积累有限,他们通常热衷于通过交易闲置的商品来获得更多、更便宜的商品。在行业方面,该群体的分布相对分散,比例最大的行业是服务业。另外,如果加入“在线、离线、在线 离线”的条件,并以整个样本作为研究对象,发现19-25 岁的管理人员更倾向于线下交易闲置商品,随着城市沉降的增加,倾向于线下交易闲置商品的比例较大。

我国循环电子商务的发展趋势及潜在风险

    1. 发展趋势

就循环电子商务的商业模式而言,中国循环电子商务的发展路径通常是从网上到线下。我国闲置商品的网上交易增长迅速,形成的规模相当大,但线下交易仍处于无序状态。过渡到离线是循环电子商务的新途径,集成在线和离线模式是未来行业发展的增长点,如图1所示。其中,在线模式主要采用c2b2c、C2C、C2B,而离线模式主要依赖于c2b2c、C2B等模式

就循环电子商务的市场规模而言,预计市场规模将超过数万亿美元,而3C是最具潜力的垂直领域。由于流动性高、残值高,3C手机产品的市场规模在循环电子商务总市场规模中所占比例最大。

就循环电子商务市场的需求水平而言,在线交易满足了底层消费者的需求,而线下交易进一步提高了消费者对质量和体验的需求。在循环电子商务的效率和信任方面,未来的平台将通过提供服务,建立买卖双方的信任关系,满足买卖双方的期望,通过在线信息领域和离线物理领域的接触,提高交易效率,实现双赢局面[3].

潜在风险

首先,从回收功能的角度来看,循环电子商务市场可能更容易进入“买方市场”。每个人都有闲置的商品,但并不是每个人都需要购买二手商品。其次,从销售功能的角度来看,循环电子商务市场中的商品质量不均衡,c端卖方独立定义价格,容易出现虚假宣传、容易夸大功能等倾向,损害客户体验和平台声誉[4]。最后,从社会功能的角度来看,循环电子商务仍然需要克服发挥社会价值的许多困难和风险。

结论

循环电子商务可能是解决商品冗余问题的最佳解决方案

经济与国外相比,我国循环电子商务行业的发展滞后,因此有必要借鉴美国和日本相关行业的发展经验。就我国循环电子商务的发展趋势而言,商业模式倾向于整合线、线下发展,市场规模与3C产品的潜力最高,市场需求水平更加注重质量和经验、效率、信任将探索基于信用体系的交易市场路径,最终实现买家、卖家、平台的“三赢”局面。当然,由于中国相关行业的不成熟,我们也需要关注各种潜在的风险。总之,循环电子商务行业是一个系统的项目。未来,有必要促进循环电子商务,依靠自我循环、自我成长、自我造血和授权的健康商业模式,建立循环生态,使商品和价值能够不断逆转。

Abstract: The sinking market is regarded as the final flow dividend of the Internet industry, and various e-commerce platforms are accelerating the development of the sinking market. Promote the supply side business model innovation and industrial structure upgrading. The sinking market shows the b-end value, which is manifested in reshaping the modern value chain, supporting small and medium-sized micro enterprises, helping agricultural products to rise, innovating and upgrading the retail industry, and expanding imports to benefit the world. In the future, the consumption structure will change to olive type, the industrial structure will change to commercial ecosystem, and the cooperation structure will focus on industrial belt e-commerce platform. B-end value drives the realization of C-end value, and finally forms a win-win situation.

Circular e-commerce has the characteristics of high utilization, low waste and recyclability. It emphasizes that economic activities should be organized into a feedback circulation process of product sales product recycling product resale. All items can be reasonably and sustainably utilized in this repeated economic cycle to maximize the value of economic activities.

Circular e-commerce gives new value to the used goods, taking both efficiency and environmental protection into account, which has dual economic and social significance. Compared with foreign countries, the development of Chinas circular e-commerce industry is relatively backward, still in its infancy and growth stage. There are still issues such as legal compliance, model innovation, market feedback, risk management and other aspects to be discussed. Based on this, on the basis of summarizing the development law and Enlightenment of overseas circular e- commerce industry, this paper analyzes the uniqueness of Chinas circular e-commerce development from the development process, business model, consumer behavior and other dimensions, and points out the future development trend and potential risks, so as to provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of Chinas circular e-commerce industry.

The Development Law and Enlightenment of Overseas Circular e-Commerce

Overseas circular e-commerce industry developed earlier and has entered a mature stage, among which the United States and Japan are the most representative. In the past century, American consumption has experienced three stages: mass consumption, quality consumption and rational consumption. Among them, rational consumption began in the 1990s, and the income gap in the United States has been increasing. The Gini coefficient of household income once exceeded the warning line of 0.4, and reached 0.485 in 2018, prompting many Americans to turn to idle goods trading. The development of circular e-commerce in the United States is exactly divided by 1990. Before that, it mainly focused on public donations and community transactions. It has successively experienced the religious oriented public donations and transactions stage (1800-1950), the small community offline sporadic transactions stage (1950-1970) and the urban area offline transactions stage (1970-1990). After that, it has stepped into the online stage, and has successively experienced the Internet to expand the scope of transactions Stage (1990-2010) and stage of vertical Internet trading platform (2010 and the future). At present, relevant vertical platforms are developing rapidly, with luxury second-hand transactions developing fastest. According to the data of the U.S. Bureau of statistics, in 2018, the offline trading volume of U.S. second-hand stores reached 19.92 billion yuan. During 2016-2018, the growth rate of the market scale of U.S. offline second-hand stores increased from 2.2% to 8.1%, with an annual compound growth rate of 5.5%, which is higher than the annual compound growth rate of 3.7% of eBay, the largest idle goods trading platform in the United States.
