业值更是微小。各项体育运动之间也存在竞争。乒乓球运动要长盛不
衰,必须有良好效益为保证。完善倶乐部的管理,经营和乒乓球人群
的消费决定乒乓球产业的经济效益。
一、 建立乒乓产业的消费人群
- 乒乓球运动的大众化
乒乓产业要发展,乒乓球的大众化是必然的。乒乓球运动场地、
器材投入相对便宜,运动强度适中,有较好的运动人群。所以乒乓球
运动有大众化的前提条件。如果要在城区建立几个分布均匀的大型乒

值观和行为准则,影响一个人的生活方式和消费习惯;在个人因素
中,体育价值观和个人收人状况起主要作用。人们能否真认识到体育
消费是人类社会文化进步的需要,即幸福生活的需要。只有真正认识
到体育价值所在,才会萌生对体育的需要,有了需要才会产生消费动
机从而为体育消费提供内在动力。因此,能否正确认识与理解体育的
价值,树立正确的体育价值观,直接关系到人们的体育消费意识的形
成,影响到体育消费的心理和行为。个人收人直接影响到人们的购买
力和消费水平,是人们完成各种活动所必备的重要心理前提。有了正
确的认识,而没有较好的收人,不可能有较高的消费;有了较好的收
入却没有正确的体育价值观念也同样影响到体育消费水平。两者相辅
相承、密切联系,在不同侧面影响着人们的体育消费心理。
二、 完善乒乓球职业俱乐部的经营
乒乓球职业倶乐部的建立,既为乒乓球运动带来了活力,又发挥
引导消费主力军的作用。职业倶乐部的建立,同时也为乒乓产业经济
创造效益。完善倶乐部的经营也成为了乒乓球产业经济发展的关键。
现阶段我国乒乓球职业倶乐部存在的主要问题是经济上还不能独
立,还需要企业提供大量资金,以维持倶乐部的正常运转。一旦企业的
经济效益不佳或领导更替,倶乐部的经济来源就会发生问题。因此,乒
乓球职业倶乐部欲在中国存在下去并逐步走上健康发展的轨道,必须重
视市场的开发,努力提高自身的造血功能,增加经济来源。
1.俱乐部的管理人才

现阶段我国乒乓球职业倶乐部从事经营管理人员少,学历低,经
验不足。而倶乐部的职业化,最根本的一条是实业化,走体育与市场
相结合的道路,实行企业化管理体制,按照市场经济的竞争机制,价
格法则,供需关系来经营。所有这一切都必须由专业人才来实施。因
此,我国乒乓球职业倶乐部,最急需的来培养,吸引一些具有经营管
理能力的专业人才。
2.倶乐部的经济来源
现阶段我国乒乓球职业倶乐部应特别注重经济来源的开发。目
前,经济开发的项目主要是门票、广告、电视转播、运动员转会、商
业性比赛、倶乐部标志产品销售、会员费等。从门票收入上看,在国
外占倶乐部收人的5%。在我国,由于倶乐部没有自己的比赛场地,
主要依靠租用场地做为自己的主赛场,又受到经营管理人员少的限
制,又担心观众少,因此,有的对门票采取承包经营的方式,有的倶
乐部赠券失控,使得倶乐部有限的门票收人流失严重。因此兵乓球职
业倶乐部要努力创造条件,建设自己的比赛场地,增加门票收人是应
引起极大重视的问题。广告收人是职业倶乐部的“生命线”。广告有
观众多、时间长、影响大和效果好的特点,所以备受企业家的青睐。
为了扩大广告收入,可以利用球台周围的挡板,使这些挡板变成起到
广告作用的艺术品。还要利用赛事转播的时间歇来出售段位广告。乒
乓球职业倶乐部应特别注重开发广告市场;乒乓球倶乐部标志产品经
营,目前还是较为薄弱的环节。由于我们乒乓球倶乐部名称大都以企
业或赞助的名字冠名,缺乏连贯性的名牌效应。如不改变观念,倶乐
部标志产品的经营会始终难以开展。乒乓球优秀运动员是乒乓球职业
倶乐部的灵魂,他们在吸引观众和球迷,提高倶乐部的声誉,创造票
房价值和广告效应等方面所起的作用是其他任何力量无法比拟的。国
外大牌倶乐部不惜重金收买优秀运动员,而得到的市场效应,远远大
于他的投人。小型倶乐部为了他的生存,不得不把有前途的运动员卖
出,以换取一定的收人。因此,只要运作的好,运动员转会费是职业
倶乐部的一项重要收人;电视转播促进倶乐部的发展电视转播利用乒
乓球运动的免礼大大提高了电视收视率,这就为倶乐部的知名度提供
了传媒。电视转播放大了比赛场地,使乒乓球的比赛更细致的展现在
观众面前,让球迷了解了这只是40mm圆球的魅力,让球迷们找到了
自己的球星,从而对球星所在的倶乐部产生了兴趣,电视转播拉近了
乒乓球运动与观众的距离,从而带动了整个体育消费,促进了倶乐部
器材、服装等商品的消费额。
总之,乒乓球产业发展是受多方面因素影响和制约的,在经营乒
乓球相关产业时一定要抓准时机,针对兵乓球运动员以及爱好者的发
展趋势,充分了解市场需要,全方位地做出判断才能全面的发展乒乓
球产业。
