Talking about the Present Situation and Control Measures of Construction Engineering Management

Due to the low quality level of Chinas labor force, the degree of specialization is not enough, so in the construction process of construction projects need a lot of human, material and other resources to manage the labor team, and often the effect of management is general. 3)The overall level of construction project management is relatively low.

There is a serious shortage of high-quality talents, such as professional technical leaders, project leaders, and inter-disciplinary talents who understand technology, law, business and foreign languages. In particular, there is a shortage of high-quality talents who can carry out project management according to the internationally accepted project management model, procedures and standards, and senior management talents who are lack of project management software. Some design units, supervision units, contractors overall level is not high, weak competitiveness, can not adapt to the needs of the international development of the construction industry. In addition, the labor force specialization degree is low, the quality is uneven; The general contractor invests a lot of manpower, material resources and resources to manage the labor force.

4)Accounting degree is not enough for construction projects.

2、 Control Measures of Construction Engineering Management

1)Establish and improve the system of laws and regulations.
