Ⅰ. Introduction
The knight literature came into being between the 11st and 13rd century, and it is generally accepted that the knight literature was first born in Europe. In this period, the knights had pursued individual heroism and they had their own spiritual life and moral code. They showed their chevalier manner all the time, such as wiping out the bullies and helping the down-trodden. This kind of knight literature embodied a concentrated reflection of the spiritual world which was unique to the knights. As we all know, literature is a reflection of a certain social reality, and the growth of knight literature reflected the social reality at that time. The feudal societies at that time made many knights want to make contributions and start their career. The adventure reflected on the social responsibility was facing up to hold responsibility and pursue their own love. But because of the limitation of their social circle, worship of noblewoman had become one of knight literature themes. There into, Dawn Song is one of the most famous works. Certainly, besides, there are also two type of knight literature. One type is the matter that knights take the risk of fighting to make contributions and start their own career, the other is that the ancient epics serve as them. Chinese ancient swordsmen literature came into being in Qin Dynasty and it was usually in the form of historical prose and chivalrous story. Its main function was centered on people and matter. The earliest works like Zuo Zhuan, the Warring States Scheme, Han Feizi, Jing Ke Assassinates Qin Emperor,all reflected Chinese ancient swordsmen literature. The main style of Chinese ancient chivalrous story recorded true stories. The most famous work is Historical Record written by Si Maqian. Some of his biographies mainly recorded some chivalrous things done by swordsmen. Actually, this kind of biography was the origin of Chinese swordsman cultural. In Wei, Jin, the North and South Dynasty, New Anecdotes of the Time, Stories of Immortal shad pushed swordsmen literature to a new period of development. In this period, on its original basis, swordsmen literature added an amount of subjective passion and fictitious matters, which led swordsman literature to the direction of biography in Tang Dynasty. Since Ming and Qing Dynasty, led by Shi Naian and Wu Cheng en, some outstanding authors with their works had promoted the Chinese ancient swordsmen literature to a peak. Until now, Jin Yong, an outstanding author of new swordsmen literature, not only realized the spallation of the old swordsmen literature, but also pushed the swordsmen literature to its highest peak, which realized the revolt and finality to the swordsmen literature eventually.
Ⅱ. Justice and Different Performance of Struggle and Construction for Justice
The General Prologue of Chaucers The Canterbury Tales points out the principle that the knights follow: reveling in warriors spirit; taking loyalty as a top; praising highly of justice, so John Salisbury noted that one of the knightrsquo;s obligations is protecting the poor from persecution. In the book A Theory of Justice written by John Rawls ,professor of Harvard University, he says that the traditional theory of justice owes to three types: utilitarianism, perfectionism and intuitionism, but each has its deficiency, in that aspect , we can see that the construction of justice business between western knight cultural and Chinese swordsman cultural belongs to the first two type of the three, thats utilitarianism and perfectionism. They have own ideal prospect and belief in different historic periods and cultural backgrounds. It is generally recognized that all the risk-taking heroes belong to the noble heroes in the Euramerican literature, such as Odysseus in Homer, protagonist in the epic The Aeneid of Ancient Rome, Beowulf in the epic of England, Roland in The Song of Roland of French, Cid in the Song of Cid, Siegfried, prince of Nederland in Der Ring des Nibelungen of German. As protagonists telling the story ,they all have justicial objective and obligation ,which has a great influence on the The Middle Ages knights legend and the image of the justice hero in the following literature.

Judging from specific images, we can recognize the pivot of justice spirit between the European knights and Chinese swordsmen. Knights in the western literature are often described as individualized national hero, but Chinese swordsmen show their self-worth by building up establishment and being patriotic and loyal to the country. For example, Cid, protagonist in the Spanish epic of Middle Ages, based on the folk legend, is a hero who fought against the foreign invaders.
